Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Cut puff pastry sheets into strips
  3. Wrap each Frankfurt in pastry and place on a lined tray 
  4. Brush with egg wash for a golden finish
  5. Bake until puffed and golden, then serve with your favourite sauce
