Sundried Tomato, Basil & Garlic Compound Butter

Ingredients

• 250g softened butter
• ¼ cup sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• Salt & cracked pepper

Method

  1. Add softened butter to a bowl.
  2. Mix through sundried tomatoes, garlic, basil, lemon zest, salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spoon mixture onto a sheet of Multix Greener Brown Baking Paper.
  4. Roll into a log shape, twisting the ends tightly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

Serve spread over warm bread, melted onto steak, or stirred through roasted vegetables.
