Low fat breakfast wrap

Are you watching your fat intake? Do you dislike washing up? Then this breakfast recipe is for you. It’s our low fat breakfast wrap which is an easy to make protein packed breakfast.

  • 2 soft wraps (choose corn if you prefer gluten free)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 slices of lean ham or bacon
  • 1 medium ripe tomato sliced
  • 1 small handful of washed baby spinach leaves
  • sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper

You'll Need

  • Multix Bake
  • Sandwich press


  1. Preheat the sandwich press and line the bottom with a sheet of Multix Bake.
  2. Cook the ham or bacon under a grill until crisp then drain on absorbent kitchen paper.
  3. Open the press and place one of the wraps on the bake and break an egg directly on to the wrap, break the yolk and use a spatula to spread the egg over the surface of the wrap. Cook with the press open until the egg just starts to set, top with cooked ham or bacon, tomato and half the spinach leaves and a little salt and pepper.
  4. Use the baking paper to pull the sides of the wrap up and to wrap them over make a roll using the baking paper.
  5. Close the lid of the press and cook for one more minute. Keep the first wrap warm and repeat with the second.
  6. Serve immediately with a little tomato relish or sauce.
