Apple Crumble Pie Bake

Ingredients

For the filling
• 5 apples, peeled and sliced
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

Crumble Topping
• 1 cup rolled oats
• ¾ cup plain flour
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 100g butter, melted

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Place apples into a baking dish lined with Multix Non-Stick Embossed Heavy Duty Alfoil.
  3. Sprinkle apples with brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.
  4. In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and melted butter until crumbly.
  5. Scatter crumble mixture evenly over apples.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Serve warm with cream or vanilla ice cream.
