    24 Choc party teddies

Ingredients

  • 24 mini teddy biscuits
  • 100g mini teddy biscuits or malted milk biscuits
  • 75g butter melted
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of coloured 100s &1000s

You'll Need

  • Multix Mini Patty Pans in bright colors
  • 2 medium Multix freezer bags
  • Multix Cling

Method

  1. Line a 24 hole patty pan tin with Multix coloured mini patty pans. Use a mixture of bright colours.
  2. In 2 heat proof bowls over pans of hot water melt the milk and white chocolate. Place 100g of biscuit in double Multix freezer bag and using a rolling pin crush to a fine crumb. Stir the biscuit crumb and melted butter into the melted milk chocolate until totally combined. Divide the milk chocolate biscuit mix between the 24 patty pans using teaspoons. Use the back of a spoon to press the mixture down firmly into each patty pan (it should fill each one about 2/3 full) Again using teaspoons divide the melted white chocolate between the 24 patty pans, spooning it on top of the milk chocolate mix and smoothing with the back of a spoon. Tip: Lifting the patty tin up a little and dropping it onto the bench top helps flatten out the white chocolate.
  3. Push each mini teddy biscuit about half way into the center of each patty pan. Their legs need to be embedded into the more solid milk chocolate biscuit mixture. When all the teddies are in place, put the patty tin onto a larger tray (to catch the hundreds and thousands as they roll off) and lightly sprinkle each choc party teddy with hundreds and thousands. Cover the patty tin with Multix cling and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
  4. Will keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
