Easy Melted Chocolate
An easy way to melt chocolate with no mess is to put it in a Multix Piping Bag and melt it in the microwave.

Once it is completely melted, snip the end of the bag and start decorating.

Any chocolate not used, can be stored in the bag, in the fridge and re-melted later.

Kids Birthday Cakes
As an alternative to a birthday cake, why not give individual cup-cakes to birthday guests with their name piped on.

Children will love finding their own name, you could even arrange the cakes in the shape of the birthday age!

Before piping a design on a cake, practice your design on a flat surface, such as a piece of Multix Bake to get the feel of it. It can take a while to get the hang of holding a piping bag properly.
